Janus Youth Programs (Portland, OR)

Janus Youth Programs is a leader in creating innovative, community-based services which enhance the quality of life for children, youth, and families. We work in partnership with others to create a safe and healthy community.  Specifically, Shine a Light is hoping to support the Athena House, a confidential, co-ed group home for up to 7 youth between the ages of 14 to17 which provides emergency and long-term stabilization for up to 18 months for commercially sexually exploited youth.

SART (Jackson County, OR)

The Sexual Assault Response Team of Jackson County supports victims of sexual violence by providing free medical care, forensic evidence collection, emotional support and a survivors’ support group. They also work to hold offenders accountable, and to help prevent sexual violence through community involvement and change.
